Huge performance boost!

Not much changed since the last update, except a HUGE PERFORMANCE BOOST.

Chunks should calculate and load much faster now.

The reason? I was quite foolish and accidentally had everything running on the main CPU thread, now its all multithreaded and runs smoothly.

I have quite a powerful computer and have not tested this on slower ones yet so improvements may be necessary but it will be silky smooth in comparison to previous versions for sure.
